    At Restaurante Edur Mendi, we have been sharing the best of traditional Basque cuisine with our customers since 1960. Located in Sestao (Vizcaya), we are a meeting place where gastronomy and a good atmosphere come together to create unique experiences.


    Our passion for cooking is reflected in every dish. We are committed to top-quality ingredients and recipes that respect tradition, with a special focus on two of our trademarks: cod and txuletón, prepared with the care and experience of more than six decades.


    In addition to our menu, designed for all palates, we offer various menus crafted for both couples to enjoy and groups to share. A perfect option for family gatherings, business meals, or special celebrations.
