At Restaurant Edur Mendi, we've been sharing the best of traditional Basque cuisine with our guests since 1960. Located in Sestao (Vizcaya), we're a meeting place where gastronomy and a good atmosphere come together to create unique experiences.
Our passion for cooking is reflected in every dish. We focus on top-quality ingredients and recipes that respect tradition, with special emphasis on two of our signature dishes: cod and T-bone steak, prepared with the care and experience of over six decades.
In addition to our menu, designed for all palates, we offer various set menus designed for both couples and groups. A perfect option for family gatherings, business lunches, or special celebrations.
